Best Speed When using Cyrene?

Just as the title asks, I have an E2S0 Aglaea that I want to run with my Cyrene, but I want to know what the best speed is. I usually run base speed with my Sunday, but is envying 160+ better with Cyrene?

On that topic as well, I’d using the Amphoreus, Eternal land set worth it over Bannan?

Thank you.
