Culturelle drops

I have a gassy/fussy 6 week old. We are using gripe water, mylicon and it does help some. The pediatrician recommended adding Culturelle drops - she said the pink and blue bottles (pink is digestive calm and the blue has probiotics with Vitamin D) but I can’t figure out why we would need both as the ones with vitamin D have the same thing as the other drops. Does anyone use both?
