joints giving up??

Hey guys, I actually finally started healing around September but the past weeks have been really harsh for me. I really don’t want a relapse. I was sort of on my road to independence but randomly my joints. Kind of just give up on me and I don’t know what is exactly happening. Along with other weird stuff

For example, if I’m eating or brushing my teeth all of a sudden my hand just like turns inwards and painful. I have difficulty straightening-it. sometimes I’m also walking my knees just like start bending and going on the floor and it’s looks so awkward cause I just tried to catch myself from a fall. I’m like oh crap why are they malfunctioning lol

Like does this happen to anybody else?

I am like still searching for answers help or any treatments lol
