Did this movie ever come out?

I saw the trailer once like 6 months ago…then nothing since.

It felt like an A24 or NEON movie. First half was the wife saying”how well do I know my husband?” Then ominous shots of him being weird.

Then it switches and the guy is like “how well do I know my wife?” And it’s weird shots of her being ominous.

Hopefully that’s enough for someone to get it. What’s the movie and did it come out? It looked decent.
