Day 4 after Durolane injection pain after initial improvement. Is this normal?

Hi everyone,

I’m 44 male and this is my first time getting knee injections for osteoarthritis. I had the injection in both knees 4 days ago

My right knee feels almost normal now actually better than before. No pain and moving well.

The issue is with my left knee. I’m currently on Day 4

I felt improvement around Day 3

But now the pain has come back and it feels like Day 2 again I get a sharp pain when lifting my leg or with external rotation

I’m a bit concerned and just wanted to learn from people who’ve been through this Is it normal for the pain to improve and then come back? How long did it take for your knee to fully settle after the injection? Did both knees respond differently for you?In the end, did the injections work for you?

Would really appreciate hearing your timelines and experiences.
