Want to get piercings but work n training bjj

Title. I wanna get my first piercings, just my lobes and i got a place and i think i know how to take care of em after.

The thing is i work at Costco n in the food court and they’re strict abt no piercings in that dept specifically.

Not to mention i train MMA, n our bjj classes keep me sane lol. i’d rather not take a break to let em heal but i thought i could wear a headgear so i could keep my ears untouched.

I’m just wondering if there’s anything else i can do after i get my piercing to keep em healing and not close on me, like keep a string in there instead? or idk, please help.
