In The Backseat
I picked her up about ten minutes ago. Now she's sleeping in the backseat. I glanced at her in the rearview mirror. White skin and deep black hair. Porcelain doll. Beautiful. She is so kind too. So soft. Not like all those other sows.
Alright. Let's pull over and wake her up. Said Jack.
No. Not tonight no.
Why not?
She. I. I like her.
Oh do you?
Yes.
You wanna kiss and make her scream?
Don't say it like that.
You wanna stab her good?
That's just vulgar.
C'mon let's pull over.
No. I said no before and I'll say it after. Again and again.
I hear her stir in the backseat. She was now watching me. She smiled.
Are you talking to yourself?
No. I'm just... Singing to myself. Don't worry. Just go back to sleep.
She closed her eyes. I glanced up at the sky through the windshield. The moon was a sharp crescent and kind of reddish. It was so pretty as it cut through the pale clouds. Like her. So fucking much.
You think she's pretty? You dirty little marmoset?
Shut up jack. I whispered.
I just didn't want to wake her. I didn't want to see her eyes or hear your voice right now.
