I hate how I’m obsessed with attention from sexual acts

I have been 18 literally from a month ago, and I always go on apps to talk to people on sexting groups and nude sending groups.

I despise how every time I want to masturbate I slowly go to these disgusting acts, I’m not even into straight men and sometimes i message them because of the feeling of lustful joy i get.

I also did this when I was a minor, and it was disgusting seeing how many people didn’t care i was. I have grew up tough and have ended many addictions, but this sticks and I can’t help it. Every time I’m done it’s always late and I’m always depressed the next morning because of my acts.
