AITAH for calling my husband out for being critical of me?

Lately my (31f) husband (39m) has been driving me crazy by basically nitpicking everything I do. We definitely have always had our differences in tastes like clothing style and entertainment. He's never been shy about making a "silly" comment about what I'm wearing or singing/rapping obnoxiously over my music. I always just razz him back in a goofy way too.

Recently, I feel like he makes a comment about EVERYTHING I do. For example, he's not trying to get me to watch my weight or anything because I'm small and eat generally well. But if I ever have anything sugary or fast food he just has to say something. If I smoke weed or have some wine he'll comment on it. He'll call the movies I watch dumb or lame. I've not changed since we met, so none of my habits are a surprise.

I called him out on all of it and he maintans that he's not judging me or being critical. It's all only because he cares and wants me to be healthy. I explained that I choose to eat or drink what I want fully knowing that some things may not be healthy, I'm not oblivious. I'm doing it because I want to. And as long as I still handle all my bills, our household chores like cooking and cleaning, work, and school, then he can keep his unsolicited advice to himself. Now he's been cold for the last few days and I hate it when things are this tense. AITAH?
