Would you rather be a Viltrumite, or a Namekian?

Viltrumite: You have several base powers, Suoer Strength, Super Speed, Super Durability, Flight, Healing Factor, can hold yoir breath for 6 weeks straight, and a lifespan of at least 3000 years.

Namekian: You have to train for your power, however Dragonball scaling practically makes you planet level at least with even a little bit of training, you can regenerate limbs, create Dragonballs, only need water to survive and have a lifespan of around 500 years.
