Novel Technique: "Proof-Carrying Momentum" (PCM)

By combining the logic above with the previous TLA+ spec, we arrive at a new MARL technique: Proof-Carrying Momentum.

1. Contract Negotiation (Lean 4):

Before the PBT "Exploit" phase, the lead agent generates a Symbolic Trace using Lean 4 Meta-programming proving that its policy parameters will not degrade the follower's performance in shared-reward tasks.

2. SMT-Backed Refinement (Z3):

The follower uses the Z3 SMT solver to "solve" for the smallest weight update AW that satisfies the lead agent's contract while maintaining the follower's exploratory "velocity."

3. Collision Execution:

The weightsare updated. In the Newton's Cradle analogy, this is a Perfectly Elastic Collision where no "energy" (social reward) is lost to "heat" (inter-agent competition/interference).
