Hips won't stay in place

Anyone else having issues with their hips not staying in place. I have to go to the chiropractor every 10 days or so to get my hips put back. My guess is the inflammation makes it easier for my hips to drift. My left one keeps getting really high. My right one is often turned inwards. It definitely causes discomfort.

I have an L5S1 extrusion accompanied by psoriatic arthritis. So inflammation abounds.
