[TOMT] Ten-ish year old flash-style cartoon about an alien that befriends a human and they have to fight the president.

It might be archived by now, but the one line I can remember is from a baby alien that says "father, let me do what I was born to do" right before the protagonists throw him at a rocket that was fired at them. I don't know that there was ever more than the one video/episode.
