So, we all are aware of some main issue of matchmaking , between bad random the most prominent issue is people leaving before the match even start.

What if there was a penalty system where if you leave a matchmaking BEFORE the loading screen finish , you lose ichor/ ban from playing for like 10min to an hour.
Hear me out
The first time you left you received a warning, the second time you received a penalty of 5 min to 10 min here you can't play the game a time out basically (even solo you can't) and lose 500 ichors and if you do it multiple time in a row you get ban for 1 to 2 day up to a weeks and can lose up to 10k ichors. Now obviously you have a sort of cool down where if you left the first time and received the warning but don't do it again after 25 min it reset.

Now another idea for a penalty would be a reputation system , each time you leave before matchmaking is done your reputation goes down, making your matchmake with lower skilled players/beginner (if you are not a beginner) and you receive a nickname beside you username telling other you're a bad teammate ("a Dodger") and if your reputation goes even lower you can no longer matchmake and if even lower get ban for 20min to 3 days up to a week. Now the way to get back reputation is to play the game normaly and help teammate, you will have a reputation bar you can see.

Another solution is to make the skill separation even easier (hope it make sense) , basically a Beginner, normal, pro server division.

Beginner obviously you can have access if you : have less than toons 7 , less than 8 trinkets, no main and a certain threshold off time played and less than 4k ichors.

Normal : it's pretty basic once you have more than 7 toons and more than 8 trinkets plus a main and over 3 hours of gameplay.

Pro : you must have at least completed 3 mains toons research, have more than 15 trinkets and 13 toons, and reach floor 20 ON SOLO.

Now I know these are fully subjective as these are in MY opinion some of my idea to fix the matchmaking and public run , feel free to point out what you think is wrong how you feel about or even down vote if u disagree but I really want to hear you guys ideas.
