Ads during chat

Adds have started interrupting chats. I thought that was a promise they made, saying they wouldn’t do that. I can live with ads before chatting or adds on screen if it meant that they would stay off our chats. This is the best chat app I’ve used but I’m really disappointed that they’re going this. I thought they were better then that😞

But I can’t say that I’m surprised. Ads in general have gotten out of control in our media. I can’t watch a YouTube video without getting an ad every 4 minutes or so. I can’t watch anything on Amazon prime (which my family pays a subscription for😒) without getting five minutes of unskippable ads several times throughout even just a 30 minute show episode. Everything is ads now. Everything. Very sad.
