Shazam has failed me

I love this song and would like to hear more by the artist, but it isn't credited in the reel, and Shazam doesn't know what it is. I think it may be Farsi, or maybe Arabic, I'm not sure, but I'd love the artist and title if anyone knows it. TIA! https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1SBoDh5Uow/
