People don't listen.

Just to preface, we could not take cash at my location today. A woman came into my store, asked me if we were still cash only, and when I said yes she said "oh good you guys can take card now!" like no?? that is the exact opposite of what I said. Later in the day we found a way for people to pay with card, so when a man pulled his card out, I told him not to enter his pin number because it wouldn't work if he did. A few seconds later I hear him entering his pin and before I can tell him not to, he hits the enter button. As expected, it doesn't work, and then he gets mad at me.
