Any tips for extreme budget cutting?

Fresh 21M here, due to some personal financial situations, I find myself needing to budget. Anyone with experience or going through it at the moment? Any tips on how manage one meal a day or cutting water and electricity just enough to maximise money savings as an example? I need to go pretty extreme on budgeting so if you have any good advise or tips please do share! I also work full time currently as well.
