CE "Standing"

I just got CE up and running for my save and it's been causing nothing but problems.

First, mortars don't work. Pawns don't load them anymore even with an ammo stockpile right next to them.

Second, it's been causing my pawns to not do any tasks and just stand there.

I've already looked online to see if any issues can be fixed but I've got nothing.
