Good shoes

Hello yall, im looking for new shoes for work that will hold up. I've had normal work boots and I've had running shoes but I haven't found anything that holds up after a few months. I know this job will beat the hell out of shoes, but i don't think less then 3 months is normal. Any insite or recommendations would be very helpful. If it helps I do work in north east Florida.
