34” ROG ultrawide stand dilemma

I’m running a 34” ASUS ROG ultrawide and I actually like the stock stand more than I expected. It’s sturdy and the projected ROG logo underneath adds a nice touch at night.

The only downside is the stand size. It takes up a fair bit of desk space.

I’m debating switching to a monitor arm to clean up the desk and gain more usable space, but I’d lose the OEM look and the light projection.
