Upgrading my car speakers

I recently bought a Hyundai Sonata 2025 Hybrid and I love it. However the speakers are very underwhelming and I would like to upgrade them. But I saw the amp is behind the screen and apparently hard to get to. Does anyone know if that is correct or if there is a best way to go about upgrading the speakers? I just want louder sound and better bass.

When I turn my songs up loud it sounds like it's fading in and out. Very disappointed with it... Could really use some help with if there is a work around or if it wouldn't be worth doing based on price.
