Looking for a mentor for a 17 year old

Hi All, I am looking for a mentor for my 17 year old son. He is about to start his college in the fall. He needs help with time management and being goal oriented. Need someone to guide him with some approach/ framework. Ideally someone who was a high achiever. However that is not a deal breaker if the mentor is great with motivating him.

I am looking for mentor here as I work with lots of veterans in VA and have high respect for their work Ethics. My son is also in the process of signing up for military.
