Would you rather tanking teams play their best players three quarters and sit or just rule them out entirely?

After the news that Laurie Markenan is now out "injured" it got me thinking, tanking teams are gonna tank. Whatever system Silver comes up with, owners and GMs are gonna find a way to game it.

As it stands right now though would you rather see tanking teams play 3 quarters of decent ball then throw or 4 quarters of garbage?
