AIO for wanting to break up with my gf after she’s told me she “can’t deal with me anymore”?

I support her emotionally 100% of the time, to the point where when I share my feelings and if they upset her, I have to comfort her. It’s frequent that she gets upset when I express how I feel. Two days ago I had a really rough day, and she told me she couldn’t support me through it because it was triggering for her. I understood that (not really, but I don’t want to fight so I let it go) and found some resources online.

I’ve been really struggling lately, so I reached out again, only this time I was screamed at and told I needed to get the fuck out of her face and that she can’t deal with me anymore. I’m trying to understand where she’s coming from and I do understand, I just think that in a relationship sometimes each person has to pull their own weight. I don’t know. Am I overreacting?
