Does your Rail One app support unreserved ticket

So in my phone whenever I try to book an unreserved ticket it always shows an error that I am near the track so I thought it's a genuine reason because I live near a railway track, but than I asked my friend to do the same it was showing the same error, the place where he lives there is no track in 10km of radius, so please let me know that are you guys facing the same issue or is it just us. Also the usual fair for shatabdi is 1215rupees but in RailOne app its showing 985rupees.
