Uc capped weighted admissions

I know for some ucs the capped gpa is looked for statistics at but for Berkeley in specific do they emphasize your capped into consideration for admissions. I took 5 extra cc classes and my capped is lower than it would be without. My weighted uncapped is way stronger in comparison.
