AITAH: I think it’s weird for a grandma to make her 16 year old grandson share a bed with her

Am I the asshole? I think this is super weird.

My nephew and mom (his grandma) sleep in the same bed on weekends. This isn’t my nephew’s choice, my mom pressures him. I’ve talked to my nephew and he says “I don’t mind it but I’d rather sleep in the guest room.”

When he says he doesn’t want to, my mom throws a fit and pretends to be sad. Then he caves. She’s pretty much guilting him into it.

I’ve told my mom and sister (his grandma and mom) I think it’s weird they pressure him to do this. They think I’m overreacting and an asshole.

AITAH? Is this harmless and cute like they claim or creepy? I think it’s creepy. He’s not being molested (I subtly asked him if anything bad was happening) but it’s still a violation of boundaries.

Am I wrong?
