why are the people at insomnia so grumpy

every time i’ve gone to insomnia the workers are always so mean and miserable. has anyone else noticed this?? i just went yesterday ordered my cookies and the worker literally just looked at me and never said a single word the whole interaction. they looked at me like a just spit on them and kicked their cat. this isn’t a one time thing either, this is every single time i’ve gone and it’s a different worker. they literally have the easiest job in the world. like all tall do is sit there with a fuckin airpod in staring at your phone like an ipad kid and occasionally hand someone a cookie. y’all ain’t even busy half the time. do y’all try to hire the most passive aggressive resting bitch-faced people in the interview. is oscar the grouch in charge of hiring???
