Audiologist who hates their field - what are my options?

10+ years in. I’ve worked retail, VA, medical center (electrophysiology, including in the OR), hearing aid manufacturer (territory manager including sales/training), and corporate franchise support (remote, doing operations/practice management).

I hate sales despite the money. Loved working remotely, especially since I need some flexibility with the kids as my wife has a more regimented schedule. I could not do operations again and be a happy man, lol.

Any ideas for things to explore based on my education/experience would be appreciated. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
