Sim card at airport

Hey folks,

So I'm arriving in Kuala Lumpur at like 12:30am....will there be a kiosk open where I can purchase a digi or Maxis sim card? Tried installing the latter via the Hotlink app but the transaction didn't go through. Please advise. Thank you!
