How to get ESPHome temperature sensors into a dashboard?

I've successfully set up an ESP32 device running ESPHome with three temperature sensors on it. In the ESPHome page, I can see the controller and, in the logs I can see it logging the three different temperature sensors.

But, I don't know how to get those temperature sensors to appear in any dashboards. How do I do that?
