How much time does a financial aid appea; take?

I was accepted to Providence College, where my net price is 20k, whereas my sister, 9 years ago, paid 5k a year. My sister's custodial was my dad (60k income at that time), and my custodial is my mom( 20k income). Providence doesn't consider non-custodial, so my father finance aren't considered in the financial aid. I sent my appeal on february 6, when I can expect a response?
