Dilaudid ROA

So basically, I’ve used opioids in the past. Was clean for a decent amount of time to reset tolerance but for the last week I’ve been using daily. At first x1 8mg pill would feel nice. Then 2, 2.5, and now 3 doesn’t really hit the same. I take them orally but when I snort I snort like 1 8mg pill and it doesn’t really have any euphoria. I have 5 8mg pills left and I’m wondering how to get a really nice high tomorrow WITHOUT IVing. Should I just snort more of them, or pop like 4/5 and then snort the last one when I’m feeling like I’m coming down?
