Got this question in my head about traffic rules

Let’s say someone is in emergency for hospital can I bypass traffic rules and go in my vehicle? Are police flexible if we say it’s an emergency patient? I know you’d say call an ambulance but let’s consider it’s not the situation.

Has somebody gone through similar experience?
