Something weird happened...

So I placed an order with Orderly on 2/20 and got through the process fairly quickly considering some of the post Ive seen and read. Anyhow, yesterday my order was sent to the pharmacy and last night it shipped out and I received it today. So far it all looks okay. However, when I got back on the app a little bit ago instead of it saying the order was delivered it reset and is now back to the beginning again. Its in the 1st stage where it says they are reviewing my application. Is this normal? Ive seen from other post that normally it shows the order was delivered. But not mine. Its super weird.
