Finally got sterilised!

As the title says, after years of trying to find a gyno who would listen to me and my concerns; I finally got booked in and sterilised today. I am beyond relieved. The last few gynos I spoke to (I can answer questions or post names if requested) either laughed me off or gave me the option of mirena or alternative contraception. I'm so happy its set in stone. I didn't even get badgered into changing my mind. Just happy beyond reason. I hope everyone who's seeking sterilisation doesn't give up. Just wanted to share my success with people who get it.
