Drinking water throughout the night

I have a dry mouth all night while I sleep and I often wake up to sip some water. I have been on 1.5 for a month and 4mg for 2 weeks and it has not helped me at all. Food noise is still there. I’m wondering if me sipping on water each night is hurting me in the morning when I take the pill?
