Spain tourist visa or family visa?Non-EU passport holder married to EU National living in UK (uk spouse visa)

Hello! I’m just wondering if I can apply a short stay family visa instead of tourist visa in Spain? I’m married to EU national, and we’re currently living here in UK. My husband isn’t Spanish and our marriage certificate is from his country. We got married after Brexit, so I don’t have a “spouse of EU national” in my e-visa. Also, can I translate our marriage certificate to English? Or they only allowed spanish translation? Thank you so much! I’ve been reading visa requirements in BLS website but still am confused.
