Help me self-diagnose/cope while I wait for my results ?

So A little backstory. In July 2022 I started getting wicked staph infections in random parts of my body. I got one on my knee and it would form like this little marble in my skin that had to be pushed out for it to go away. I never found out what it was but was prescribed Bactrim and it went away.

In October 2022 I had sex with an ex and a few days later I woke up with a rash that was pus and crusted and hurt and I Was sure it was herpes, I went to a medexpress and was told it wasn't herpes likely(nurse had herpes herself she disclosed or heavly implied) and I got the swab test and bam- it came back negative.

In Mid 2023 I got those similar staph infection things again- this time also on my penis/groin area. Same deal- doctor looked at it, said it was tied into the infection and wrote me a script and problem went away. This happened a few more times.

In the mean time since then I've gotten a couple weird pimple like things on my dick one of which was like this really big blackhead that turned into like a crater.

Well starting in late 2025 I started logging it more, and I started getting a few that looked very suspicious to me. Once a month since November I kind of get weird rashes, a few pimples/vestules, sometimes just like a red rash across the shaft. Sometimes these are on top, sometimes on the bottom.

I made the mistake of taking these to Grok/ChatGPT who told me they think it's herpes and gave me a list of signs and then when I explained the situation they changed the opinion on it but I decided to go get tested anyway. But I started being more aware of "symptoms"- like the Prodromes. I had some pain in the back of my legs last Thursday which felt like sitting on them too long on a chair but that went away when I Got up. Well flash forward to Monday and I had a little red patch, so I went to the nearest Medexpress again. The rash was like little bumps but they didn't want to pop so the nurse made me squeeze them until they did then swab it and now i'm waiting on results. I don't know if Prodrome is in my mind or not, I'm supposed to get results back tomorrow.

Any thoughts? I'm really hoping this is just another issue with previous skin issues(i used to get folliculitis as a kid all the time on my stomach) but I'm mentally preparing for the worst. Nurse practitioner said she'd lean but not lean heard into herpes diagnoses but not close to sure.
