Pain in joints

hello, I was diagnosed just last December so I'm very new to this world. since my diagnosis I've been hyper aware of any sings of pain, but I don't know how to know if my pain is just my tendons or joints. today I got into a super bad argument with my sister and now my body is hurting everywhere, however I am diagnosed with cutaneous lupus and I don't know if it can affect this much. everything g hurts, and the pain doesn't go away even if I lay down
