Nice affordable trainers?

Hii!!! I (38 gay m) am in search of a trainer to help me in the gym. I literally a have no idea what I’m supposed to do to achieve what I want. Here is the thing tho. I am very uncomfortable around guys who are “gym bros”. I don’t respond to aggressive styles of training and will just give up. Seeking supportive and sweet trainer (gender doesn’t matter obviously but I’ve only had male trainers in the past and hated it).

I’m fairly strong already but I don’t look it lol. I also have lower back pain. I want to slim and tone. Been a yo-yo dieter my entire life and at this point, I just know dieting ain’t the tea for me lol.

I’m located in the riverwards close to the PF on Aramingo. Doesn’t have to be there but I probably won’t travel to CC or SP realistically. Weeknights are my best available times/days. I’m done work by 330 most days.
