Should I buy back training points

So as the title says, should I buy back the training points before the spring update? I haven’t been fully paying attention to the training points stuff but I haven’t been seeing a lot of negative stuff about it. Right now my storm is currently dual into life because of the blade, now that death is getting dual storm/death blade at rank 5 weaving. I’m debating on switching my weaving school to death because being storm and having death drain spells would be awesome! Also having scarecrow on my storm would be cool. I’d have to buy back all my training points so I can learn death spells. Also how do some people learn high rank spells from other schools without needing to learn the previous spells in the class. I’ve seen some ppl know rank 7 spells for other schools but don’t have any of the rank 1-6 spells learned

So do yall think buying back training points on my wizards would be a good idea
