Polish not lasting during the colder months

I haven't been able to get my manis to last like I could in the warmer months. I'm doing the exact same prep as usual. I was just wondering if anyone else experienced the same thing. It's driving me nuts because my polish is literally peeling off in sheets and that never used to happen. Idk if it's just because my nails are more dry?
