When can i realistically achieve FIRE?

I am 33 F living and working in India. My husband and i like to travel and have been thinking to achieve early retirement so we can spend more time outdoors and doing the things we love

Combined in hand income is 3.5L and we stay in Pune. Both work in IT mid manager levels

Family situation: Its just me and my husband and we plan to not have kids and our parents have retired with pensions hence are independent

Monthly expenses: They come down to around 30k

Travel expenses- 3/4 lakhs a year for multiple travels

Current savings and assets

1. Property- We have 2 flats current one we live in and it is mortgage free and 2nd one is under development with 50% paid and other 40L will go in phases till 2030. Total value of both will be around 2cr. The other flat once ready shall generate a passive income of 30k each month as rental

2. Mutual funds: 3L

3. FD- 8 L

4. Gold - 30 L

Looking at all this what can be my ballpark FIRE number and when do you realistically think that can be achieved?
