Tips for laboring

Advice

I ended up getting induced with my first born because he had decided to overstay his stay lol I would really like to go into labor on my own this go round if possible, maybe I’m just one of those woman who carry super late but honestly this girl has me wayyy bigger than my son did, I’ve been measuring ahead 2 weeks for the last few weeks,im uncomfortable, & can’t imagine being 40+ weeks again 😂 currently 36 weeks & would like to start doing any & everything I can to make things easier I know that birth is pretty unpredictable but just curious on any tips & tricks that has helped other ladies preferably ladies who have had multiple babies that can verify what has actually helped. I started eating dates not sure if they really help but they are good so Im gonna keep eating them. I also have been trying the raspberry tea but yesterday it made me super nauseous & I hadn’t felt like that in a long time not sure if im not doing it right but again any exercise or advice welcomed :)
