Girlfriend left for good

I am the asshole I wholeheartedly admit, I've been so stuck in my ways I've lost another due to my completely complacent mind. I am the problem and im sure when the next comes on through ill once again be in the same boat. I hope I change I really do. but cycles tell me different. hope you find someone better than me.
