Mississippi RDs doing telehealth

I did some research and found there is a "telemedicine application for registration" which also asks to register your business. I have my PP as S-Corp.

It seems like these rules are exactly like Alaska where you have to register your business and apply for telehealth.

The weird part is that the Academy's EatRight PDF doesnt list this as required for doing telehealth in Mississippi. They only list it for Alaska.

Any insights on this?
