Refund on digital game purchase.

So, I’ve played a ton of cyberpunk when I had it gamshared from another account. And I went to play it yesterday and wasn’t really paying attention and purchased it because my cousin un game shared with out telling me. I know one of the big things is playtime when they are accepting a refund. But despite me buying the game less than a day ago and having no playtime on this purchase. Will that affect it?
