Using my kids “alternate personality” has been a life saver

So my little guy (8) has this cute character he created a few years ago. It’s a make believe animal creature. He has a name for it and a name for the type of a mail and also drew it and made a remote control for it even. Anyways, he was so grumpy at some point last week and I ask d where (character name) was, he he INSTANTLY shifted. It’s happened a couple more times since then. I don’t know it will always work or get old, but it’s like he just embodies this cute character he’s made up and whatever funk brain he was in is gone. It’s magical! I don’t know if this is something that can be introduced but I wanted to share with others.
